❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Does the module replace the native newsletter block?
No, it works in perfect harmony with the `ps_emailsubscription` module. If you already had subscribers, the module will import and transparently synchronize them into its own unified interface.
Does the module support double opt-in?Yes. A configuration option in the Back-Office allows you to force double opt-in. The subscriber will first be put in "Pending" status and will receive an email containing a secure link to permanently validate their subscription.
What is "Pixel" consent?In a strict GDPR context, it is sometimes necessary to separate classic email subscriptions from tracking consent (Facebook, Google, etc. pixels). The module offers separate management for this additional consent.
Can I export my subscriber database?Yes. You will find all your centralized subscribers in the dedicated tab of the "Customers" menu, from which you can use standard PrestaShop tools to export your complete database with all details (statuses, IPs, consents).
