Our terms of sale
These terms of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company Ndkdesign (Hendrik Masson), whose registered office is in L'Isle sur la Sorgue (84800), registered in the trade and companies register under number 51474711200035, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website "Ndk-design.fr" hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Purpose
These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Ndkdesign and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site Ndk-design.com, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The acquisition of a good or service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale.
Ndkdesign reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Ndkdesign website.
These products and services are offered while stocks last.
Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
Prices
The prices listed in the catalog are inclusive of VAT in euros, VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the General Tax Code; Any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of products or services.
Ndkdesign reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
The prices indicated do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs provided that they take place in the geographical areas provided for below.
Geographic area
The online sale of the products presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in France, the French overseas departments and territories or Monaco and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Orders
The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product, must:
– complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested contact details;
– validate his order after having checked it;
– make the payment under the conditions provided;
– confirm his order and its payment.
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will communicate by email confirmation of the recorded order.
Withdrawal
Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Payment terms
The price is due upon ordering.
Payments will be made by credit card; they will be carried out through the secure Paypal system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.
At the buyer's request, a paper invoice showing the VAT will be sent to him.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the premises of Ndkdesign. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; If these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Guarantee
All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it.
